Crown 8vo, beautifully bound, with gilt decorations of a shepard, his dog, and his sheep amidst a meadow spanning the entirity of the upper cover and surrounded by a floral border, the spine similarly decorated in gilt with illustrations of sheep and flowers with text in gilt, in original olive green cloth covered boards, a.e.g. viii, 429 [2 pages of ads]. A fine copy, and a beautiful binding in excellent condition.
