An original handcoloured PLATE FROM ONE OF THE RAREST OF All AMERICAN COLOURPLATE BOOKS. The work from which this plate originated was among the earliest grand colour printing projects taken up in the United States and was the first illustrated book on the native American Indians. Item #24664
