GREECE, Painted by John Fulleylove R.I., Described by the Rev. J. A. McClymont, M.A., D.D.

(London: A & C Black, 1924).

ONE OF THE VERY BEAUTIFUL ADAM AND CHARLES BLACK TRAVEL BOOKS. FINE COLOUR PLATES BY JOHN FULLEYLOVE THROUGHOUT. McClymont referred especially to Grote s monumental History of Greece and to Frazer's Commentary on Pausanias in working on his text. The author makes a wonderful atmosphere for viewing the scenes and objects presented by the artist, one of England's most famous travel illustrators. This is a fine copy of a lovely book.
